For the 2017 Volkswagen Golf, low-beam headlights use D3S bulbs. High-beam fitment varies by headlight configuration: models with halogen headlights use H15, while the HID setup uses D3S.
Front lighting also differs between configurations. The daytime running light is H15 with halogen headlights and integrated LED with HID headlights.
