Fitment notes

For the 2004 Nissan Altima, the high-beam headlight uses a 9005 bulb. Low-beam fitment depends on the headlight type: models with halogen headlights use an H1 bulb, while models with HID headlights use a D2R bulb. Verify the headlight configuration before ordering.

Front turn signals and parking lights may use either an 1157 or 198 bulb. The rear turn signal uses a 3156 bulb, while the brake and tail lights use a 3157R bulb. Reverse lights use a 921 bulb.

For the center stop light, compare the original bulb before selecting either 921 or LED. License plate lighting may use 168 or 917 bulbs, and the rear side marker uses 168NA. Interior fitment includes 158 for the courtesy and trunk lights, DE3175 for the dome light, 658 for the glove box, and 57 for the map light.
