Catalog bulb positions and codes for the 2004 Honda Pilot. Confirm against your owner’s manual before buying.

Fitment notes

For the 2004 Honda Pilot, the low-beam and high-beam headlights both use a 9003 bulb. The same 9003 fitment is also listed for the daytime running lights, so one bulb type covers the main forward lighting functions.

Other exterior lighting uses several different bulb sizes. Front turn signals and parking lights take 1157A bulbs, while the front and rear side markers use 168NA. Rear tail and brake lights use 7443R, and the rear turn signals use 7443. Reverse lights and the center stop light use 921 bulbs.

For convenience lighting, the license plate application may use either 168 or 917. The courtesy light uses 578, the glove box uses DE3021, and the trunk light uses DE3022. Interior and map-light applications include 194, 7441, 2825, and 98 bulbs.
