  • Plastic fastener remover
  • Ratchet
  • 10mm, 7mm sockets
  • 10mm flex socket
  • ST20 Torx bit socket

The Process of 2013 Chevy Camaro Headlight Replacement

  • Turn the ignition off and check if the engine is cool.
  • Raise the hood.
  • At the upper edge of the bumper, you will find six plastic pop clips and two 10 mm bolts. Remove all clips and bolts.
  • There are two 10mm bolts under the car. Lift the vehicle’s front and remove these 2 bolts.
  • Check the wheel liner for three T20 bolts and remove them.
  • Pull the wheel liner and remove the side marker light using the flathead screwdriver.
  • Behind the wheel liner, there are also three 10mm bolts. Remove them as well.
  • Remove one 7mm and one 10mm front mounting bolt. Unplug the fog lamp harness and repeat the whole process on the other side.
  • The bumper should be free now, tug at it and remove it.
  • There are two 7mm bolts on the bottom of the headlight and two 7mm bolts on the top of the headlight. Remove all four bolts and unplug the headlight harness and turn signal harness before removing the headlight.
  • Reconnect the turn signal and headlight harness to the new assembly and mount it back to the stock position. Do not forget to lock the safety tabs.
  • Reinstall all the components back and fix them firmly. You are all set!
