The American brand Dodge was originally known as the Dodge Brothers Company. It was founded in the early 1900s by John Francis Dodge and Horace Elgin Dodge. Initially, the company assembled and sold parts for automakers in Detroit.
It was not until 1914 that the brothers began building cars. Automobiles were embedded with the “Dodge Brothers” logo and were produced at the Dodge Main Factory in Hamtramck, Michigan between 1910 and 1980.
The company was sold to Dillon, Read & Company in 1925 by family members. The Dodge brothers had both passed away in 1920. In 1928, the company was bought by Chrysler. Majority of the vehicles produced in the ’70s were mainly full-sized passenger vehicles and trucks.
A few memorable midsize and compact cars such as the Dart and “B-Body” Coronet also came into production in the 60’s all the way to the late ’70s.
Currently, Dodge automobiles are produced by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles which was formally called Chrysler Group LLC. Vehicles include performance cars and bottom-priced Chrysler-badged vehicles. For a long time, Dodge has existed as a mid-priced brand for Chrysler just above Plymouth.

Making changes to your vehicle’s lighting system can take many forms. You may want to replace your interior lighting with SMD or LED bulbs or, replace your headlamps with LED headlights, a High-Intensity Discharge headlight kit or a Xenon Headlamp kit. Before replacing your Dodge Charger’s parking light bulb, turning signal or headlight, it’s important that you first check for the appropriate bulb size. This can be a tedious task.
However, with the help of a complete and reliable guide, the process can get easy. It’s always important that you verify and confirm that you have the correct voltage usage, bulb size, and wattage. This is because replacement guides rarely ever come with warranties. Providers also normally exclude themselves of any liability arising from mistakes made within the guide. In short, the replacement bulb size information is to be used at the owner’s risk.
Buying and installing high-quality and durable Dodge lights is a sure way of increasing the safety and visibility of your vehicle. Take, for example, a full-size pickup truck such as the Dodge RAM. Once launched, the truck gained numerous accolades from buyers due to its efficiency and rugged status.
The inside is smooth-lined, spacious and comfortable. This blends well with its massive design, premium build quality, impressive safety, practicality, durability, outstanding driving performance, and dependability.
For such a vehicle, the best upgrade for its lighting system would be one which includes lighting kits of the highest quality. This gives it the best feel and look. Aftermarket lights range from tail lights, fog lights, daytime running lights, off-road lights, car bulbs, and headlights.
