For the 2006 Cadillac CTS-V, headlight fitment depends on the installed headlight type. Models with halogen headlights use a 9006XS low-beam bulb, while models equipped with HID headlights use a D1S low-beam bulb. The high-beam bulb is 9005XS.
Before ordering a low-beam replacement, confirm whether your CTS-V has halogen or HID headlights, since these applications use different bulb types. The fog lights use 9145 LED bulbs.
